Izo FitzRoy has found an incredible vein of form with her third album “A Good Woman”. Album of the week on Jazz FM in the UK and playlisted on FIP and Radio Nova in France, supported by both BBC 6 Music and Radio 2 at home, it has connected strongly with fans old and new.
Now while Izo is touring the record over the summer, she has turned to some friends old and new to put a dancefloor spin on some of the tracks from the album. Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy is one of the most well respected DJ’s and producers on the planet, known and respected worldwide for her high quality audiophile DJ sets, productions, radio shows and events. She was hand picked by Izo to add some heat to her album.
Given the whole album to choose from, Colleen immediately settled on this gloriously emotional ballad knowing she could take the gospel goodness of the original and turn it into a dancefloor diamond.
