Late 2022 saw Flevans release his 7th LP 'A Short Distance To Fall' - returning to some of the styles and sounds that he loved in his early production days, the instrumental LP was critically acclaimed and garnered repeat radio plays in the UK from the likes of Steve Lamacq, Gilles Peterson, Craig Charles and The Blessed Madonna.
December 2023 saw the release of the single ‘Wild Shadows’ teasing the follow up album 'Stand Tall' which is already in the bag and due for a June 2024 release on Jalapeno Records.

Although his artist albums have spanned many different genres, disco & house informs and influences much of his music, and here on new single ‘Where I Hide’ these really come to the fore.
Building on a restless piano hook, catchy vocal samples and an unmistakable bass line, the track hits all the right notes, suitable for a prime time club drop but without losing that musical touch and groove that this magical producer and multi-instrumentalist is renowned for.
